These are our terms and conditions for the use of our website chtaxi.ch and the purchase of services through the website.

The terms and conditions herein together with any notices or conditions on other areas of this website will all together govern use by customers of this website. You should note that chtaxi.ch may at any time make changes to or remove part of this website without any liability to customers for such changes. chtaxi.ch reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in the future without specifically notifying customers and continued use of the website or placing of orders after such changes shall be deemed to be acknowledgement and acceptance thereof.
A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your reservation has been processed.
When you as a customer place a reservation via this website, you warrant by placing the reservation that:-
- You are not a minor or otherwise legally incapable of entering into a binding contract.
- The personal details which you give us on registration are fully complete and accurate.
- You are not using a false name or the name of any other person or body which you are not authorised to use.
Placement of an reservation
When you place your reservation you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you go ahead and order.
Pricing
Unless stated otherwise, all prices are quoted for journeys starting from or ending at Zurich Airport (or Centre), between 08:00 and 20:00. Reservations starting or ending outside of these hours (08:00-20:00) will incur an Early Start Fee (ESF)/Overnight Fee (ONF) of CHF 100 in Zurich (up to 5km radius) and CHF 250 if outside of Zurich.
Waiting Time
The pick-up time specified in the reservation will include up to 30 minutes of free waiting time. Additional waiting will be charged at CHF 50 per 15 minutes. After one hour (60 minutes, 4x 15 minutes) of waiting from the specified pick-up time, your reservation will be considered cancelled and non-refundable.
Delays
We endeavor to arrive at or before your specified pick-up time. However, in the event that there will be a late pick-up, we shall duly inform you as soon as we become aware. In the event that we will arrive later than 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, we shall provide you with the opportunity to cancel the reservation with a full refund. No additional compensation will be provided.
Cancelling a reservation
In Switzerland customers have no statutory right of return or exchange. We reserve the right to refund customers for cancellations with notice periods greater than: 48 hours from the date and time of the requested pick-up specified in the reservation, 100% refunded; (b) fewer than 48 hours, 0% refunded.
Acceptance of a reservation
When a reservation is placed you will get a confirmation email sent to the email address you have provided during checkout process, containing the details of the reservation.
Zero-Abuse Policy
chtaxi.ch will always treat customers with the utmost care and respect. We expect the same treatment from our customers. There will be absolutely no tolerance for bad behaviour from customers towards our drivers or any other chtaxi.ch employees/affiliates. Customers that act aggressively, abusively or in any other foul/disrespectful manner will have their reservations cancelled with immediate effect with no refund nor the ability to reclaim any additional costs from chtaxi.ch.
Soiling
We expect customers to treat our vehicles in a respectful manner and to leave the vehicle at the end of a journey in the same condition as they would expect to enter it at the start of a journey. As the customer you will have full responsibility over yourself and others within your party, including children. In the event of soiling, we invoice you; CHF 25 for mild soiling (e.g. vacuuming food crumbs/wiping dirt marks from seats), CHF 100 for severe soiling (e.g. cleaning fizzy drink spillages, removing mud from carpets), and CHF 300 for extreme soiling (e.g. vomit, blood or any other bodily fluid).
Responsibility
chtaxi.ch assumes no responsibility for damages (both to items and passengers) during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control. In the event of a vehicle breakdown, chtaxi.ch will not be responsible for alternative travel means. chtaxi.ch advises all travelers to have adequate travel insurance.
Returns Policy
Bookings that fall within our cancellations policy (more than 48 hours notice) will be subjected to a CHF 50 administration fee and will be processed within 30 days (excluding weekends & bank holidays). Refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method.
Liability
We try to have the information on this website as accurate as possible but we make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding its accuracy. We also do not make any warranties regarding any matters relating to the use of this website and it is a matter for you to ensure that your own electronic equipment is protected from viruses or other external factors.
Nothing in this website shall affect your rights under the applicable law.
Severance
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
